Fidentia Real Estate Investments (“Fidentia”) is a real estate fund manager incorporated in 2006.

Fidentia is jointly held by the NPM-CNP Group (www.npm-cnp.be), a major Belgian holding company. NPM-CNP is the company of the NPM-CNP Group controlled by Baron Frère and his family. NPM-CNP was listed until May 2011 on the Euronext in Brussels as a “BEL 20” company.

Fidentia launched Fidentia Green Buildings I in 2009, a real estate fund that solely invests in certified green buildings. This fund has been closed but we are currently launching Fidentia Green Buildings II, on the same basis as Fidentia Green Buildings I. The section “Green Buildings” will learn you more about investing in Fidentia Green Buildings.

Besides this green fund, Fidentia also launched two other specialised funds: Fidentia Offices and Fidentia Retail Properties. So far, Fidentia has invested or committed funds in excess of €150 Million.
