We seek to acquire well located, high quality income office properties. We then unlock value by improving the properties through hands-on asset management and targeted value-add initiatives to obtain Green Building certification.
Once assets are stabilized we sell the investments to long term real estate holders and return capital to our investors. Our efforts result in solid returns for investors and sustainable economic assets for communities.
