Fidentia assumes the whole investment process on behalf of its institutional investors representing pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds and UHNW money managers.

Fidentia seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for its investors across cycles and over the long term. Our experience in transactions and our strong skill base allow us to cover the entire real estate transaction process from asset origination, acquisition due diligence, tax and deal structuring, debt raising to divestments. Our excellent relations with local agents permit us to be acutely aware of the market to source on and off-market investment opportunities. We utilize our local information networks to understand the drivers and risks of the future cash flow of an asset, enabling us to see opportunities where others do not, and to be a disciplined seller.

We seek to acquire well located, high quality income office properties. We then unlock value by improving the properties through hands-on asset management and targeted value-add initiatives to obtain Green Building certification.

Once assets are stabilized we sell the investments to long term real estate holders and return capital to our investors. Our efforts result in solid returns for investors and sustainable economic assets for communities.
